Full-Scale Professional Show
Every student is given the opportunity to perform in our full-scale Professional Show, where family and friends watch all their performances, with a professional sound and lighting team, photographer and videographer. These shows occur every two years!
Summer Showcase Awards
Our Summer Showcase Awards give students the chance to take to the stage and perform in front of their family and friends. It's a fun, and more informal celebration of their progress, rounded off with a medal ceremony for every performer - a wonderful way to celebrate how far they've come! These shows occur every two years - alternating with our Full-Scale Professional Show!
Winter Recitals
During December, we have our Winter Recitals, where families can watch their little stars shine! The show will be intimate, with a smaller production value compared to our Full-Scale show - this opportunity is all about feeling festive and sharing the joy of our Performing Arts community!
Class Showings
Throughout the year, we try our best put on Watch Weeks, where parents are invited into our classes to get a glimpse of how their child’s class is structured; our warm-ups, how we develop certain skills, as well as a small informal performance of what they’ve been working on. At Select we want Parents to see the high-quality training that our teachers provide their children with, all of it helping them grow into amazing performers and people.
Professional Talent Agency
Select Show Agency offers our young clients opportunities to audition for professional screen and stage work. This includes film, television, commercial, stage and modelling work.
ISTD, RAD & LAMDA Exams
All students are given the opportunity to take their ISTD, RAD and LAMDA exams when they are ready. We are a verified Private LAMDA Centre, where examiners come to our Stanmore venue. These exams are recognised by school entry exams as well as universities where students gain UCAS points.
Holiday & West End Workshops
We run workshops in all holidays except the Christmas break. We offer our students an amazing opportunity to learn from industry professionals who come to our studios to teach dance routines, songs and scripts from West End shows!
