Enrolment
Currently Enroled
If your child was already enrolled in our Select classes last term, there’s nothing you need to do. Please ensure your direct debit is still active.
Payments are made monthly. Fees are collected on the 20th of the month, two weeks in advance of the 1st.
If you join on an alternative date, a cover payment for remaining sessions will be issued. A £15 late payment fee will be applied to any fees or failed payments not received by the 20th.
New Student Enrolment
If you are newly enrolling for September 2025, please choose September 2025 as the Season on the enrolment form. The monthly payment will then be collected on August 20th ahead of classes starting in September.
Create an Account: Create an account for yourself and your child.
Complete the Registration Form: Once your account is set up, fill out the registration form.
Enrol in Classes: Select and enrol your child in their chosen class(es).
Select Details:
Choose your child’s age.
Select the class venue as their school and the month you are enrolling from.
Add to Enrolment List: Ensure you select your child’s name below the chosen class and click “Add to Enrolment List”.
Set Up Subscription: You will then receive a link to to set up a saved card for the monthly payment mandate.
Please note that your child’s enrolment will only be confirmed and able to attend classes when a valid payment card has been added to your account.
Billing and Fees
Our billing is structured to make it easier by spreading the total cost of a year’s worth of classes over 12 equal monthly payments. This way, rather than paying a different amount each month depending on the number of classes in that period, you can enjoy a predictable, even payment schedule throughout the year.
Payments are made monthly via direct debit. Fees are collected two weeks in advance of the 1st of the month, with payments being debited from your account on the 20th of the previous month. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
There is a £15 annual membership fee per child, this is charged on enrolment and renewed each year. This yearly contribution will help us further enhance your child’s experience and celebrate their achievements throughout the year. Your child’s membership will include personalised termly reports, certificates of achievement, class showings, a free trial class on for their birthday, along with discounts on camps and workshops.
